State of California EPA requires each Hazmat generator (producer of waste) to complete the Electronic Verification Questionnaire (eVQ) annually starting January 30, 2026. There are no fees involved to submit the eVQ, however, starting in 2026 the State will issue “late reporting penalties” for submissions made after March 31, 2026.
