| The Coronavirus pandemic is creating issues with usage of supplies and materials. Employees may accidentally mix incompatible chemicals creating health hazards to themselves and others.
The chart on the right lists the incompatible chemicals and the hazardous conditions they can produce. Please educate your employees by reviewing this memo.
A general rule is not to mix bleach with anything but water. Dealerships often do not store bleach but if someone does order, ensure you regulate the use. Always have employees using cleaning supplies in the right PPE as listed on the SDS for the cleaning material and an eye wash nearby. Lastly, the blending of chemical must be done by experienced senior staff.
